Outreach – Time, Treasure, Talent

Good Shepherd is committed to promoting God's work in the world beyond our parish.  The vestry budgets funds for outreach giving, and a committee of parishioners spends these dollars with care and concern.

In addition, the committee promotes and supports the parish in serving others.  Projects include serving a meal for the homeless at Rosie's Place four times a year, and serving supper once a month at Epiphany School, a tuition-free middle school in Dorchester.  We also rally the parish for a week of partnership with B-SAFE, a summer enrichment program for disadvantaged children of the inner city.

We welcome new volunteers, as well as, new members for our Outreach Committee. Join us as we explore the meaning of giving.
